This decaf comes to us from Kayanza region of Burundi, and is decaffeinated via the Swiss water process. SWP is widely accepted as the best method of removing or reducing caffeine without compromising flavor. This processing method and this particular roast lend it to carry subtle sweetness and flavorful tea-like notes. Our decaf is available as a half-caff blend with your roast of choice, whether you want to pair it with fruits or with chocolates. We highly recommend this as a blend for those mid afternoon pick-me-ups, or when you want another coffee but don't want to be too wired.
