Ethiopia Yirgacheffe varietals are highly sought after in specialty coffee all around the world, and are revered for their tea-like mouthfeel while packing a ton of fruity and juicy body, bearing citric acidity and sweetness. A lot of these characteristics come from the 7-10 day arduous drying process that the beans go through. Highly recommend this one as a filter brew or espresso served without the addition of milk or cream, to best appreciate the profile.
